The first offering of its kind in Scotland, you will be treated to a gastronomic delight – a five course gourmet dinner with accompanying beverages, whilst blindfolded.

 

By removing the sense we rely on the most, our sight, the Sensory Dining experience aims to heighten your awareness of the flavours, smells and textures of each dish.  Each course has been created by the hotel’s award-winning Executive Chef, Malcolm Webster, with the sole purpose of tantalising the senses using the finest ingredients chosen for their texture, aroma and flavour.

 

The host for the evening will guide you through the courses giving enigmatic descriptions about what's soon to hit your palette. From the first taste, your non-visual senses will takeover, enabling you to savour the delicate flavours of each carefully crafted course.
